One of the most common questions I get asked is, "What kind of food do they have in Russia?" The goal of this page is to share some recipes as I learn them. I love to cook, and learning to cook in another country is not without its adventures. With my love of cooking, I have always considered myself a "from scratch" kind of cook. Moving to Russia has redefined "cooking from scratch" for me though. So thankful for my mom who gave me a great foundation to build on. :) If you try a recipe, please let me know what you think.
